WhatsApp customer service for ISPs and cable TV operators
Your subscribers, answered at any hour.
ClawISP is an AI agent that answers your subscribers on WhatsApp. It replies with your company’s real information, guides technical support, and sends invoices and payment reminders. And when it doesn’t know, it doesn’t improvise: it hands the conversation to your team.

24/7 customer service
It answers after your office closes.
In the middle of the night, on Sundays and on public holidays. ClawISP replies with your company’s real information: the channel lineup, the coverage area, office hours and anything else you teach it.
Is there an outage in one area? Post a notice once in the panel and the bot uses it right away in every conversation.

Account holder verified
Active notice: scheduled outage in the north area, today from 14:00 to 16:00. The bot already takes it into account in every reply.
Technical support
From “it’s down” to “it’s back,” step by step.
ClawISP asks the subscriber which lights they see on the fiber modem, tells them which button to press on the set-top box remote and walks them, step by step, through the checks they can do at home.
If a technician is needed, it logs the support ticket, and in the panel your team sees everything that was already tried.
FIBER MODEM
Take a look at your modem. Are any of the lights red?
The one that says LOS is red and blinking
That means the signal isn’t reaching your home, and a technician needs to look at it. I’ve logged your ticket with everything we checked.
Invoices and collections
Get paid without chasing anyone.
ClawISP sends the monthly invoice on WhatsApp and polite payment reminders for unpaid balances. If the customer promises to pay, the reminders pause on their own.
- It gives the balance only after verifying the account holder’s identity.
- It respects Sundays and Uruguay’s public holidays, and logs every message before sending it so none goes out twice.
Before I give you the balance, please confirm the account holder’s name and ID number.

When it doesn’t know
It answers well. And knows when not to answer.
What if the bot tells my customer something wrong? That’s the right question.
It answers with what your company taught it: plans, channel lineup, office hours, coverage areas and each subscriber’s balance, always verifying the account holder first. If a question goes beyond that, or the customer is still upset and it isn’t getting resolved, it doesn’t improvise: it hands the conversation to a person on your team.

Do I get a discount if I pay for the whole year?
Your team’s panel
Every conversation, on one screen.
In the web panel you see every chat live and can take over any conversation when a person is needed. While your team is on it, the bot stays out.

Okay, thanks
Who wants to leave
A queue of customers who threaten to cancel, with the reason, so you can call them in time.
The lineup, at hand
It looks up channels in your lineup by number, name or category, and tells the subscriber what number each one is on.
How much it solves alone
Analytics on how many conversations the bot resolves without help, and which ones needed a person.
Monthly report
Every month, a report on the conversations: how many the bot resolved on its own, how many it handed to a person, the bulk messages sent and what the messages cost.
Your team, their own logins
Your team logs in to the panel with their own user accounts, and each company sees only its own data.
A look at the panel
Real screens of the panel with fictional data, shown here in English. The four providers using it today work with the panel in Spanish.
In production
Answering for real, not in a demo.
Figures measured in the panel: messages on October 2, 2026, and resolved conversations on September 22, 2026. We keep them up to date.
Your number. Your panel. Your Meta account.
It runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. Each company is kept separate from the others: your subscribers and your data don’t mix with other companies’.
Messages, paid directly to Meta
What Meta charges for messages, you pay directly to Meta, with your own payment method and no markup from us.

It starts answering
From day one, your team logs in to the panel, sees the conversations and takes over any it chooses.
Questions
What people ask us before getting started.
What happens when the bot doesn’t know something?
It’s built not to guess: if it doesn’t have the answer, it hands the subscriber off to your team. And in the panel you can see that whole conversation and take it over whenever you want.
Can I see what it tells my customers?
Yes. The panel shows every conversation live, and anyone on your team can take over a chat whenever they want. While a person is handling it, the bot stays out of it.
Does it use official WhatsApp?
Yes. It runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, with your company’s own number and your own account.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
Your company does, directly to Meta and with its own payment method. We don’t add any markup.
Does it work with my billing system?
ClawISP answers with your company’s subscriber information; if your system can export it every day, it answers with up-to-date data. Tell us which system you use and we’ll work out together how to do it.
Is my data mixed with other companies’ data?
No. Each company has its own number and its own panel, kept separate from the others. The details are in the privacy policy.
How long does it take to get up and running?
For the companies that started most recently, between 2 and 5 days from the decision.
Does it work in English or other languages?
Today it runs in Spanish. The four providers that use it are in Uruguay, and the panel for your team is in Spanish. If you work in another language, email us and we’ll tell you honestly what’s ready for your case and what isn’t yet.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your company and what you want it to do. Email us, tell us how you serve customers today, and we’ll send you a proposal. You pay for WhatsApp messages directly to Meta, with no markup.
Tell us how you serve customers today.
Email us and together we’ll see how it would work at your company: which questions the bot would answer, which invoices and reminders it would send, and who on your team would take over the cases.
